Lake Mead

Located on the border of Arizona and Nevada, west of Phoenix, Lake Mead is a visually spectacular body of water that is a reservoir for the Hoover Dam. Lake Mead is the second largest manmade lake. Due to its large size, all forms of water recreation and fishing are popular activities on the Lake. Lake Mead is also a major vacation destination in Arizona.
